Kids often have difficulty doing new things or feeling confident in their ability to complete challenging tasks. In this ongoing 4 week series, kids and tweens gain a growth mindset, adaptability when faced with adversity, and a positive outlook through various fitness exercises that builds strength, coordination, and balance. In addition, learners will learn how to manage their stress through journaling activities that will improve their lives in every aspect. Our Play, Learn, Grow methodology is employed through use of movement games for kinesthetic learners, activities to build empathy via a social-emotional connection to each other, and in our use of multi-sensory approaches so all learners can benefit.
