Ages 6-8, 9-12

Kids often feel anxious, ungrounded, and face stressors that they need help managing. Our kids yoga classes teach kids how to de-stress but in fun, playful ways via stories, songs, dances, games, and friendly challenges. We move a ton and get the energy in our bodies flowing while learning how to cultivate peacefulness and an appreciation for intentional rest. March’s theme is rainbows and smiles where we’ll get colorful with bright crafts and meditations. This month’s mantra is “Rainbows are Smiles from the Sky”.
